Refund policy

At Billie Bespoke we take pride in our collections and trust you will equally fall in love with your new purchase.  If however, something isn't quite right you can choose from either an exchange or credit note if the following conditions are met:

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase on fully priced items (excludes any Sale or Clearance items)
  • Receipt / proof of purchase provided 
  • All tags are attached where applicable 
  • Unworn, unwashed and in its original saleable condition
  • Billie bespoke reserves the right to reject an item for exchange or credit note if an item appears to have been worn Discretion lies with the management of Billie Bespoke 

Returns policy for change of mind

  • In the interest of hygiene and safe health practices, returns or refunds are not available for jewellery or hair accessories
  • All other items will be at the discretion of Billie Bespoke management
Returns policy for faulty items 
  • You may return a faulty item for a replacement or a different product to the same value and in line with our returns policy  
  • Items are assessed by Billie Bespoke management and if found to be faulty will be repaired or replaced on a case-by-case basis 
  • Billie Bespoke reserves the right to inspect returned products and may reject returned goods if they are deemed not to be faulty, damaged or not in line with the returns policy
